There have been a whole bunch of Chu's welcomed into the family in the last year. Grace, Mira, Tsipporah and now Max. He was born to my cousin/uncle Tim and his wife Wendy. Here is the email that Tim sent.

"Here's a pic of Maxwell Yo-wei Chu. Born March 10 at around 4:30 PM. 7 lbs 15 oz. 20.5 in long. Wendy and Max are both fine. He's great. Doesn't cry almost at all. When he does start crying, he stops almost instantly when he hears one of our voices. Hopefully, this trend will hold. :) "

Last week paternity afforded me the chance to visit Moms and Dads, grandparents, sisters and brothers, and cousins in Bay City and Saginaw MI. This trip was the first time Tsipporah got to meet her cousins Karina and Karalee. Karina is 12 years older than Tsipporah that makes them both born under the year of the Dog, as yours truely. The special connection is already emerging. Here is a picture of the cousins.

My Aunt Linnea and Uncle Franklin just asked me by email if I have a web cam. They use theirs to keep connected to their grandchildren. Houseofchu does have a web cam (point of fact we have two). I often use iChat to have video conferences with my Mac cousins the VanArsdales. But many of you whom I would like to video chat with are stuck in a pc world. If you would like to switch to the Mac and use iChat I would be willing to be your humble servant geek. But if you want to stay on the PC why don't you try Skype. This programme works on the PC and the Mac and alows you to video chat for free. You can also make unlimited voice calls to landline or cell phones for $30. My Skype name is chuwilli, please join and add me as a friend so we can start to video chat.

I have added a new feature to www.houseofchu.org. Down in the lower left hand column of this page you will find an active and dynamic link to the latest posts to my personal blog, Wil's Tumblr Blog. The tumblr blog is a place where one can easily post pictures, links, and other content without the rigamoroll of editing, posting, generating rss and stuff via Dreamweaver. This is a much eaiser way for me to post stuff to HOC. The top five latest headlines are always listed in the lower left hand column of www.houseofchu.org. So follow my quotidian musings if you dare.

I captured this special moment between mother and daughter tonight. Julie was teaching Tispporah how to use the rattle. They are so cute!

I found this photo on Digg. It was a picture of Steve Jobs of Apple Inc. and Bill Gates of Microsoft hanging out at some swanky dinner party. I couldn't resist a little photoshop brush with fame. I am sure that Tsipporah will eventually run in even more influential circles.

Tsipporah went for her shots yesterday. She was a real trooper,and cryed just a little bit. She feel asleep as soon as we got to the car. The Dr. says that she is in the 50% in growth - enjoy it now kid, your genetics indicate that its all down hill from here.

My leave has officially started. Tsipporah and I are figuring out the bottle thing. So far it is tough but she is a quick study. Actually, Julie helped me ease in to my leave by taking Porrah and Ethan on hospital rounds, whilst I did a last minute funeral. Tomorrow the whole fam is going to a Evangelism and Stewardship conference after that my focus shifts to the kids.
