One more Day to Paterinty Leave

Julie and the iPod Nano

I finally made good on my Christmas gift to Julie. The gift was an iPod nano that she did open on Christmas. I filled it with music that I thought she would like from my iTunes library. However, the other part of the gift was a lesson on how to download music from the iTunes store. And how to load said songs and pictures to her iPod. So far I've showed her how to find some songs she likes from the iTunes store now to get the files on her nano.

Gung Hay Fat Choy (Happy New Year)

Today is the Chinese New Year. 2007 is the year of the Pig. After church we are going to have a Chinese meal here in the House of Chu. There aren't that many places to get good Chinese here in Traverse City but Fu Hua has good take out. House of Chu wishes you all good fortune in this year of the pig.

Meeting Curious George

We all met courious George at the Traverse City Children's Museum. There were tons of families there. We guess there were over 500 people gathered to meet the courious monkey. Bill met his friend Kevin Klien and his family there. Here is a picture of Ethan, Mom and George.

Ethan and Dad enjoying their V-Day Gifts

Julie gave us a Air Hogs RC plane for Valentines Day. I am really looking forward to trying it out. I hope the weather warms up a bit soon. I heard about these toys on the Gaggetts Podcast. I always wanted one of these RC planes but they were so expensive. These Air Hogs eliminate that price issue. And I imagine that I will have as much fun as these guys.
